Join us as we honor the transgender folks we’ve lost in the U.S. this year and celebrate the strength and resiliency of our community.
This year there are multiple ways to participate, including a live stream. The main live event is at Ventura College’s Guthrie Hall, and, for the first time, folks in the East County can also join us at the Chalice Lounge in Newbury Park for a live community viewing party. CLU will also have a room available for viewing as well (contact their GSA for more information). If transportation or health concerns make it difficult for you to attend in person, join us via the live stream on The Transverse YouTube channel.
The event features powerful speakers, free food and refreshments, community resources, and a candlelight vigil, all in warm, welcoming community spaces and completely free to the community.
Wednesday, November 20th 5pm – 8pm
